Looking for an opportunity to join a fast-growing global M&A company? Our client is looking to add a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end global payroll function across North American and Intentional regions. This incumbent will oversee global payroll and North America Benefits, support new and existing pay programs, manage vendor contracts and more. This is a Hybrid position with a flexible working arrangement.
Further responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Foster relationships with various internal stakeholders
- Overall management and analysis of global payroll, processing final checks, and being the point of contact for global payroll
- Respond to employee inquiries and serve as a liaison between employees and third-party providers
- Provide leadership in developing, implementing and streamlining payroll processes, policies, and procedures
- Managing Canadian and the U.S. benefits program
What you'll bring:
- CPP/CPM designation is highly preferred
- Experience processing Canadian and the U.S. payroll
- Ceridian Dayforce experience
- Experience working in an M&A environment
- Business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong problem-solving, someone who is adaptable and nimble
