The Talent Company is currently partnering with an organization going through transformation and change within their HR team. As a result, they are looking for a Manager, Total Rewards to fulfill a contract of at least six months.

The Manager, Total Rewards leads a small team of 3 Specialists (Compensation, Benefits & Pension, Leaves Management) and works closely with HR systems, payroll and HR business partnering team to manage all aspects of Rewards policy, programs and processes.

An essential member of the HR Management team, the Manager will play an important role in the design, management and administration of a broad range of rewards programs and practices. This portfolio includes Job Evaluation, Salary Structure & Administration, Analytics, Group Benefits, Pension, RRSP, Recognition, Flexibility, Leaves of Absences, and Disability Management.

This role is right for you if you are someone who takes pride in ensuring total rewards operates effectively. This role balances getting results through your team and rolling up your sleeves to deliver results directly. While the role will primarily focus on delivering programs and processes that have been established, there are some transformational projects underway that this individual will contribute to.

The working arrangement for this position is hybrid and the length of the contract is at least six months.
