The Sr. Manager, Compensation leads all aspects of the compensation activities for a group of functions or business units and plans, develops, and implements compensation programs, policies, and procedures. This individual is responsible for ensuring that compensation programs are consistently crafted and delivered in compliance with company policies and government regulations for all of the Store Support business groups and that individual compensation decisions are made with full knowledge of situation and impact. The individual will actively partner with other Human Resources functions in order to deliver on compensation priorities.
