The Talent Company is partnering with a global company to recruit a Senior Consultant, Global Compensation. Reporting to the Director, Global Compensation, you will be responsible for providing advisory services to senior business leaders and HR business partners. This is a hybrid position.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of total compensation plans and policies to maintain market competitiveness and alignment with business strategy;
• Provide advisory services and compensation recommendations to senior business leaders and HR business partners to impact strategic business decisions and drive results;
• Partner with leadership to execute newly designed global compensation processes, continuously improve based on trends and analysis, and make recommendations to resolve exceptions
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure design is achieving required strategic outcomes;
• Develop strong external networks and liaise with compensation peers in other organizations/industries to share compensation information and exchange best practices;

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience within Compensation. Strong analytical skills and Excel;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
• Confident communicating with different levels of employees including senior executives and working directly with internal/external stakeholders;
• Ability to think and act strategically and to operationalize strategy into long- and short-term implications;
• Ability to build rapport and maintain high level of confidence and integrity at all levels of the organization;
