Our client is looking to add a Bilingual Compensation Consultant to its fast-growing team. This is a great opportunity to add more language to a fast-growing team while providing advice and support to HRBPs and leaders on a wide range of total rewards related issues.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to

• Support Director, Compensation in the annual short-term and long-term incentive plan
• Review internal equity
• Ad-hoc reports (salary review, job evaluation, market research, analyze budget)
• Provide analytics and market research support on a wide range of compensation issues
• Manage projects for the department
• Collaborating with Director, lead and administer annual compensation cycle process

What you’ll bring

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience with a minimum of 2 years of compensation analysis
• Previous experience in Pay Equity
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Someone who is very collaborative
• Strong communication skills
• Confident in their abilities
• Outgoing personality
