Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to
- Daily maintenance of HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) - Monitors service issues and system requirements
- Maintaining integrity of system (HR Payroll and Time and Attendance - Synerion)
- New Modules (Responsible for Project Management)
- Metrics and ad-hoc reporting (vacation reports, headcount, etc.)
- Troubleshooting as required
- Develops and implements performance goals and targets
- Supports and administers HR initiatives
What you’ll bring
- University Degree in business, human resources management, computer science, or a related field
- CHRP Designation achieved or in process
- Ceridian Dayforce Experience considered a good asset
- A minimum of 7 years of related HRIS and reporting experience working in professional services environment
- Previous specialist level experience with transaction processing, data capture, reporting, analysis and systems administration is required
- Self-starter who's not afraid to ask questions
- Confident and willing to learn
- Good team player
