One of Canada’s largest and most recognized credit unions is looking to add to its award-winning team. With over 30 branches across Ontario, this company has established itself as leader in the financial institution, known for putting its people above its profits.

Our client is looking to hire a Manager, Total Rewards. This is a true leadership position will be providing functional and team leadership. The portfolio includes compensation, pension, benefits, HRIS and to help drive the annual performance cycle. This position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Design and implement the total reward strategy, policies and programs
  • Design, implement and oversee the compensation, benefits and pension portfolios
  • HRIS system, reporting and analytics
  • Manage and coach the team
  • Oversee the management of disability files
  • Develop and manage an integrated Total Wellness program

Who we are looking for:

  • University degree
  • 10 plus years of Total Rewards experience
  • financial services, banking, insurance industry considered as a plus
  • 2 plus years of people management experience
  • Strong leadership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
