Vanessa has been an active member of the GTA Rewards Association. She is deeply committed to the ongoing development of the total rewards and human resources profession through fostering continuing learning, building networks of professionals and knowledge sharing. Vanessa has extensive HR and Total Rewards experience, across the financial services and entertainment sectors. She has had progressive roles with responsibility for compensation, pensions, benefits, governance, market intelligence, workforce strategy and analytics enabling human capital management routines. She is a champion for career development, inclusion, long-term strategic change, and a commitment to making a difference. She also brings with her volunteer experience from a diverse range of professional and non-profit agencies, including being an active member the Standards Council of Canada, and throughout her local community supporting mental health, youth-based programs and cancer support agencies. Vanessa is currently Chief Inclusion Officer, BMO Financial Group and co-sponsor of BMO’s Black Professionals Network Canada. |

Manny's industry and consulting experience, along with his passion for working with clients, ensures that Business and HR leaders leverage relevant solutions to impact organizational objectives. He is a trusted advisor, coach and thought leader in the Canadian HR community. Manny is currently Market Leader and Principal, Compensation and Organizational Performance at Normandin Beaudry. |

Nadia has been an active member of the GTA Rewards Association since 2014 and a volunteer with the Board since 2015. Currently, she is the VP and lead on the Events portfolio. In this role, Nadia is responsible for delivering high quality events to our membership that provide opportunities for ideas, connections and growth. Prior to this role, she was the Secretary and played a critical role in fostering communication and diligence through proper meeting minutes and adherence to the bylaws. Nadia is passionate about the Total Rewards profession and is excited to contribute to the Association by bringing people in the community together to network and learn from each other through the various offerings that the Association provides. Her experience is predominantly in the financial services industry holding progressively more senior roles first at RBC and then most recently at TD Bank where she is currently the Senior Manager in Compensation Advisory. Nadia holds a B.B.A from the Schulich School of Business where she specialized in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior. Nadia is currently Sr. Manager, Compensation Advisory, Canadian Personal Banking & Insurance at TD Bank Group. |

| Asuncion Dorotheo |
A member of the GTA Rewards Association since inception, Asuncion has been a volunteer on both the Membership and Communications Committees prior to joining the Board as Treasurer. Asuncion has over 20 years of experience as a rewards professional in consulting and financial services firms. Her experience includes executive compensation, policy and program design, job evaluation, pay equity, gender pay, equity compensation, global mobility, compensation technology re-design and governance activities. Asuncion is currently Director, Global Compensation Delivery, at Royal Bank of Canada. |

Janet has been an active member of the GTA Rewards Association since 2013 and a volunteer with the Board since 2017 supporting the Member Engagement portfolio. Janet is now leading this portfolio where she is focused on driving member engagement as well as overseeing the annual membership drive. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Janet has worked in compensation for different industries including consulting, telecommunication and financial services. Janet has recently moved into the Total Benefits space and is currently a Total Benefits Project Leader at Sun Life. Janet is passionate about building the Total Rewards community and growing the Association. Janet is currently Total Benefits Project Lead at Sun Life Financial. |

Madelaine is a deeply committed Total Rewards professional with a passion for continual learning, networking and mentoring, and excited to contribute to the Association’s mission of bringing Total Rewards Professionals together. With over 12 years of progressive Total Rewards experience she’s worked in the retail, consulting and not-for-profit sectors in both unionized and non-unionized environments. She currently oversees the strategy and implementation of the YMCA of Greater Toronto’s compensation, performance management, benefits and pension, and helps drive HR and business strategy with meaningful workforce analytics. She is also leading the cross functional team implementing a new HRIS. Madelaine is currently General Manager Total Rewards and HR Systems at YMCA of Greater Toronto. |

Jennifer has been an active member and volunteer of the GTA Rewards Association since 2006 and was elected to the Board as Secretary in 2020 where she has enjoyed working with and for the association. Jennifer is an experienced senior human resources professional specializing in total rewards and has worked primarily for global companies in financial services and information technology industries. Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto and Honours Diploma in Human Resources from George Brown College. She is a member of WorldatWork professional association and has earned Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designations. Jennifer is currently AVP, Performance and Reward at HSBC Bank Canada. |
