The Total Rewards team currently has an opportunity for an Executive Compensation Consultant to join our team. The Executive Compensation Consultant is a key contributor to the ongoing design and administration of Sun Life’s Total Rewards strategy. Reporting to the AVP Executive Compensation, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Sun Life’s global executive compensation programs including incentive design, administration and communication, compensation modeling, performance analytics and proxy circular.
The incumbent in this position will work closely with Sun Life’s Total Rewards and broader Human Resource teams on a range of initiatives that support the ongoing development of Sun Life’s employee culture. This position provides a platform for rapid professional development and growth within an exciting global organization.

In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
