We are actively recruiting for various roles in Toronto and are looking to speak with candidates with a range of experiences to complement our growing team.

Under the guidance of the Compensation team, you will be responsible for:

-Planning and managing projects and resources which include

  • compensation analysis,
  • job evaluation,
  • market assessments,
  • total rewards alignment,
  • salary structure development,
  • short-term and long-term incentive design,
  • career modeling,
  • and executive and board compensation

-Providing advisory services to clients in collaboration with team members and participate in management of client accounts

-Contributing to the development of intellectual capital, research projects, article publishing, products, solutions, and conferences on various forums

-Following trends in the market and proactively recommending solutions

-Monitoring the evolution of various business sectors, and developing business opportunities

-Taking part in preparing service proposals and presentations to prospects and clients

-Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with prospective clients

-Providing regular feedback to the members of the team for continuous improvement

-Developing and supporting colleagues throughout the execution of mandates and initiatives

Candidates with undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Human Resources with 3 or more years of experience, ideally in consulting, will be considered.

We are looking for bright, motivated talent that possess the following:

  • General knowledge of compensation programs and practices; this may include knowledge of various regulations, legislation, and standards
  • Rigour, strong analytical skills, agility, and strong listening skills
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical methods and technologies, including MS Office applications e.g., Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrate Normandin Beaudry’s values: excellence, respect, initiative, collegiality
  • Manage several projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Express ideas and make recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise manner using various techniques and language adapted to the target audience
  • Curiosity, leadership and teamwork
