Is a nonprofit human resources association for professionals and organizations focused on compensation, benefits, work-life effectiveness and total rewards. It's our mission to help total rewards professionals achieve their career goals and influence their organization's success. We do so by providing thought leadership in total rewards disciplines from the world's most respected experts and a community of fellow practitioners.

WorldatWork and its affiliates provide comprehensive education, certification, research, advocacy and community, enhancing careers of professionals and, ultimately, achieving better results for the organizations they serve. WorldatWork has more than 70,000 members and subscribers worldwide; 95 percent of Fortune 500 companies employ a WorldatWork member.

Ottawa Region Rewards Association

ORRA was established in 2005, with 35 members. In 2013, ORRA had 119 members. ORRA’s volunteer leaders and teams are the driving force behind this success. Together with our members, we remain committed to advancing the professional practice of compensation, benefits and total rewards.

ORRA is a proud member of WorldatWork’s Local Network, and ORRA members have access to WorldatWork certification to advance their careers. In 2009, ORRA was the inaugural winner of the WorldatWork Local Association of the Year Award.

Upstate New York

The Upstate Total Rewards Association (UTRA) was founded in 2008 to provide WNY companies and HR professionals with an organization focused upon compensation, benefits and work-life issues. As a member of WorldatWork’s Local Network, we have access to resources and professional development opportunities offered by a premier global human resources association. However, as a regional association we assist members in addressing local issues.
