Key among the Association’s goals for creating a vibrant community for Total Rewards and related professionals is providing meaningful educational courses which develop and strengthen technical competencies. Generally two types of courses are available, both of which count towards certification credits.

Courses are designed to further elevate the practice of compensation, benefits, and total rewards and to assist members in advancing their careers through the sharing of information, best-practices, challenges, and trends.
